We are staying at a very nice resort on the Atlantic Ocean's beach. The rooms have a kitchen as well as a view. We suggest you might want to plan on bringing your own supplies and cooking a few meals.

This event is casual and planned for minimal traveling. Bring tropical shirts and unusual hats. Awards will be given for best outfits. But relaxing is the order of the day.

I suggest you plan on staying there Friday night to be close to the Saturday Event.
If enough people come Tim will host a pizza party again. Unfortunately, Ted will not be able to attend this year but Tim Cowan always plans to enter the show.
